2. Reservations and Bookings

All reservations and event bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel reservations at our discretion. Cancellation policies may vary by venue and event type.

3. Age Restrictions

All guests must be 21 years of age or older to enter our establishments. Valid government-issued identification is required for entry. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who cannot provide proper identification.

4. Conduct and Behavior

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any guest who:

  • Engages in disruptive, disorderly, or inappropriate behavior
  • Appears to be intoxicated or under the influence of substances
  • Violates our dress code policies
  • Engages in harassment or discrimination
  • Damages property or endangers others

5. Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept major credit cards and cash. Event deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in your event contract.

6. Cancellation Policy

Reservation cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Event cancellations are subject to the terms outlined in your event contract. Deposits may be forfeited for late cancellations.

7. Liability and Indemnification

The Social On Garden and its affiliates are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss that may occur on our premises, except where caused by our negligence. Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Social On Garden from any claims arising from their conduct.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of The Social On Garden and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Photography and Media

By entering our establishments, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify our staff.

10. Membership Terms (Hush Speakeasy)

Membership to Hush Speakeasy is exclusive and subject to approval. Membership fees are non-refundable. Violation of house rules may result in immediate termination of membership without refund.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government orders, or public health emergencies.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wake County, North Carolina.

14. SMS Terms & Conditions

By opting in to our SMS text messaging program, you accept and agree to the following terms in addition to the rest of these Terms and Conditions:
